Welcome to JF Seamless Gutters. By accessing our website or engaging our gutter installation, protection, cleaning, or maintenance services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must not access our website or utilize our professional services.

1. Scope of Professional Services

JF Seamless Gutters provides professional gutter solutions, including but not limited to:

• Custom seamless gutter extrusion and installation.
• Gutter guard and leaf protection systems.
• System cleaning, routine maintenance, flow testing, and minor repairs.

Any changes, additions, or modifications to the service scope must be mutually agreed upon in writing.

2. Estimates, Scheduling, & Access

• Estimates: All on-site inspections and quotes are free of charge. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless specified otherwise in writing.
• Scheduling: While we strive to meet all scheduled appointments, scheduling is subject to weather conditions. High winds, heavy rain, or freezing temperatures may require rescheduling for the safety of our technicians.
• Property Access: Customers must provide our team with access to the work area, including unlocking gates and securing pets during the service. A power source may be required on-site.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a clinical and safe installation/cleaning process, customers agree to:

• Clear the driveway and walkways close to the roof line of vehicles, furniture, and delicate exterior ornaments.
• Identify and inform our team of any pre-existing structural issues, rotting fascia boards, or roofing damage near gutter areas prior to project commencement.

4. Payment & Billing Terms

• Payment is due immediately upon completion of services, unless pre-arranged payment terms are defined.
• We accept major credit cards, checks, and digital payment methods.
• Late payments may be subject to a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, or the maximum amount allowed by law.

5. The Precision Guarantee & Warranties

We stand behind our craftsmanship. JF Seamless Gutters provides:

• A 3-Month Guarantee covering installation defects, material failures, and leaks resulting directly from our work.
• Manufacturer warranties for gutter guard mesh systems and gutter materials are passed directly to the customer. These are governed by their respective manufacturers.
• This warranty does not cover damage caused by severe weather events (hail, tornadoes, ice dams, fallen branches) or neglect of recommended periodic cleaning.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JF Seamless Gutters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from our work, including water damage due to pre-existing structural defects, foundation cracks, or clogged underground drainage tiles. Our total liability under any agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
